winter break 2024 高雄

We stayed in Taipei most of the winter break this year. Felix's studied for the senior high school entrance exams in May. Two cram schools next to Taipei Railway Station gave him free lessons. He went to the classes almost every day after a week of winter school and before the Lunar New Year. Regis practiced the musical instruments, watched films and went to the hospitals with me to get my eyes, thyroid, and blood pressure checked. He went south to Kaohsiung on Feb.6 to stay with my sister's family and came back on Valentine's Day. Felix and I left for Kaohsiung on Lunar New Year's Eve (Feb.9) to spend the Lunar New Year holiday with my parents, sister's family and brother.

Because my husband and in-laws are greedy and dishonest, I'll never set foot in their house from now on and refuse to be used by them again!

My children and I spent the New Year holiday with my brother and mom in Taichung, my hometown. My brother came stay with us before the election day. My mom brought us spinach in the middle of the month and stayed for two nights.

I took time off work to go to Taipei Veterans General Hospital to have my eyes examined on January 17th.

Christmas month 2023 金鶯露營 柯文哲

We did our 16th camping trip with my junior high classmate and her friends at 金鶯露營園地, Hsinchu on the second weekend of December.

I started to take Diovan again on Dec.21. The doctor prescribed one tablet (80mg) a day. I try to watch YouTube videos to do 10 min cardio every day.

My children and I spent the New Year holiday with my brother and mom in Taichung, my hometown.

birthday month 2023

Regis competed in his first speech contest last month and won 2nd place in 7th grade in the school! I was so surprised!

My mom brought us three eggs from her pet hen in the middle of the month and stayed for three days. After my father's cataract surgery on his left eye in Kaohsiung on Nov.27, my mom will have surgery for macular degeneration on Dec.7. Thanks to my sister and brother-in-law for taking care of them.

My sons participated in a piano competition at the end of the month, and my parents came to enjoy their performances.
