This summer vacation started on July 15. The new school year begins on Aug. 31. Our school teachers still worked on July 15 and have gone back to the school to prepare lessons and attend meetings since Aug. 26. My sons and I spent 3 weeks in Kaohsiung.

My sons have grown up and can do a train trip on their own. Just after our school's 100th anniversary celebration, they left for Kaohsiung on July 14. I couldn't wait to go meet them after work the next day. So grateful that my sis, brother in law and parents cared for them.
