Christmas month 2016

My brother in law and his gf came celebrate my husband's birthday together. We had a mango cake.

Regis had the idea to arrange food in creative ways when we're in a Thai restaurant.

Genius English School held a Christmas show on the 16th. My parents came stay with us for 2 days to see Felix's Christmas play and my sons' music performances.

My sons had performances on the 17^th. It's Felix's first solo cello performance and he played Bach Minuet in G. He's played the cello for almost 11 months. 5 year old Regis played Beethoven sonatina in F Rondo. It's wonderful that their grandparents from my side, English teacher from Quebec and Regis' former babysitter's family went see their performances.

I bought Felix a Giordano yellow down jacket for $1399 on the 23rd evening.
My father in law arrived on 23rd noon and stayed at our place alone when we spent Christmas weekend in Taichung with my dad. Before leaving home, Felix told his grandfather "Please check the piano and bed to see if there's present from Santa and then FB my mom." We're mostly at my new apartment community Tomorrow and saw Nine Lives on Christmas Eve. I just rented my apartment out to a Canadian for $20000 a month (including security, parking, wifi and MOD) on New Year's Eve. He'll move in during 228 holiday.

birthday month 2016

My sis gave me some essential oils and we just bought a white Casa diffuser ($2400) at Mega City last month. I enjoy using it almost everyday!

I won a coat ($2680) through FB the first day of this month and it arrived on the 8th!

My parents joined an activity in Tainan, so we attended a wedding banquet of my dad's former student's son at The Lin Hotel on the 6th.

I received a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. My husband and I lunched at TGI Fridays on the 9th. I ordered a half-rack Jack Daniel's ribs $530 and he ordered a BBQ flavor. Felix was in the English class and Regis was in kindergarten.

On my birthday we had dinner at Old Street Italian Restaurant that offers birthday freebies.

We had a taro cake after dinner on the 29th. Felix washed dishes and said "Dad and I have a secret." At around 23:00, my husband woke me up. I went to the dark living room and saw tealight candles spell out MAHA (mama happy @@) and Felix sleeping on the sofa. What a nice surprise! My husband told me that before going to bed Felix said to him "You must wake me up after mommy falls asleep." Felix walked to the living room after my husband woke him up. But, he still fell asleep again on the sofa. How cute!

National Day weekend 2016

We spent this long weekend with my parents and sister's family visiting 竹崎 Park and 達娜伊谷, 嘉義. It's wonderful to be with them once in a while after I got married! We stayed at Hotel Hi and Beau Max Resort. On the way home yesterday we visited my in laws.
