May 6 Saturday was our school sports day, so we got the next Monday off. We decided to go camping at Sky Forest (晴空森林) April 24 night and the next morning I booked this campground for May 7. We've camped for 2 years. It’s our 5th camping trip and first "solo" camping after we hadn't camped for 1 year!
Nobody was around us. Cellphone signals don't reach. I loved the peaceful surroundings! We had warm pork noodles, a guava and dessert for supper with the moon, twinkling stars and a few fireflies. Everything was great except I suffered from nettle rash during the long weekend.
During the Mother's Day weekend we went firefly hunting and camped at 文山農場 with my colleagues. It's rainy on Sat. so it's cool.

We spent this Dragon Boat Festival (falling on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month) weekend with my parents, brother and sister's family in Taichung. We went firefly hunting again at 軟埤坑 Agricultural Park, lunched at 東昌 Trout Farm, hiked Shaolai Trail (捎來) and stayed at 東勢的家 ($7700, breakfast) and 古都民宿/Cottage ($5233).
