Christmas month 2017

I attended a 2 day choral education seminar with my sons.

I recorded the clip with my cell phone and sent it to my husband's FB before he came home.

I'm so grateful that my parents, brother and Regis's kindergarten teachers Majid, Beni and Beni's mother went see his performance! It's the greatest encouragement. I'm glad Regis got the opportunity to play on Fazioli piano for the first time! Felix had a cello performance the next day.

birthday month 2017

I turned 38. I’m grateful. I have a stable job just after leaving college, have 2 adorable children, spend time with my parents, brother and sis from time to time and obtained my Master’s degree in Music Education. Besides, I’ve experienced almost all what I wanted: backpacking, studying abroad for a summer...
My sons took midterm exams on the 7^th and 8^th. 8 year old Felix took 5 subjects: Chinese, English, math, science and social studies. 6 year old Regis started elementary school at the end of Aug. He took Chinese spelling only and got 100! What a nice birthday present for me! My husband took him to see Thor Ragnarok as a reward for studying on the 13^th.

We went for a buffet dinner at Cafe 50, highest buffet restaurant in Taiwan. I ate FREE!

I won this free red dress ($590) through FB in Sep. Felix took pictures for Regis and me in the washroom after dinner. My sons and I watched The Terminal before going to bed. What a nice day!

We attended a lunch wedding reception at South Garden on the 12th. It's wonderful to see my aunts, uncles and cousin on my mom's side as always!

Taipei Zoo trip

My husband's in Taichung this weekend. What persuade me to take my sons to the zoo on a RAINY day? Going out with my best college classmates! The 4 kids seemed unfamiliar at first, but soon they played together and enjoyed exploring the zoo with maps on their own. The mayor was there at the inauguration ceremony of Hippo Palace.

We lunched at this special restaurant and visited National Taichung Theater with my mom.

summer 2017

Both of my sons took 10 day swimming classes, and then Felix took 10 day table tennis class in July. Regis's graduation ceremony was on the 15, but he still went to kindergarten till the end of July.
I went see Spider-Man: Homecoming and War for the Planet of the Apes with Felix in July.

We found a Chinese bulbul nest on the master bedroom window. There are 3 cute babies!

Getting ready for exploring Taman Negara, the oldest rainforest! My sons and I visited Fantasy Island in Living Mall July 28.

Before heading to Malaysia and Singapore, we visited my sis and her family in Kaohsiung. We've celebrated my sons' and niece's birthdays together for 3 years in a row!

I found an Australian English tutor William through fb for my sons last week. He'll start lessons next Monday evening.
