winter break 2026 Kaohsiung→Taichung

I'm grateful for my family who love me, the friends and colleagues who care for me, and who enrich my life.
On January 24, the first day of winter break, I attended Anne-Sophie Mutter's concert with my children, sister and niece and the next day we enjoyed riding YouBikes along the riverbank to Yingge with my brother and came home by train. I had lunch with five college classmates at Café Grazie on the 28th, with other classmates at BELLINI Pasta on Feb.5 and with others at 小菱居 on the 8th. Following my classmates' recommendations, I've started doing slow jogging at home.
Besides, I was delighted to see my aunts and cousins during the winter break.
I started taking half a tablet of Diovan again at the beginning of winter break. This time for three weeks.

Our Europe trip was canceled because my husband got in the way! When we stayed in Taipei during the summer, my kids practiced piano, played video games, watched films or videos, played basketball, and Felix went to the library to study. By the end of August, Regis's as tall as me! I went back to work Aug.27. School starts Sep.1. I've been coughing all summer and booked an appointment with the chest physician for mid-September.

We came home with my brother together on July 18. He stayed with us for 1 week.
July 21-Aug.15 Regis attended summer classes.
Aug.14-16        Felix went on a trip with the school club to San-fu Farm.
Aug.16-20        Kaohsiung→ Liuqiu

Aug.24-26        I relaxed in my hometown. Regis and my hubby stayed 1 night at my in-laws' and 1 night at my hometown.
After returning from medical camp, Felix played and sang this song. He said, "Mom, thank you for letting me learn piano since I was young, it gives me confidence. I'll let my child take piano lessons in the future."
