3.5 year old Regis
just started kindergarten this month. He’s adapted to the new life fast. Unlike
Felix, he didn’t cry on the 1st day. He looks joyful and enjoys
talking about what happens in the school! However, we have a hard time getting ready for school. The alarm goes off and the morning battle begins.
My
voice rises with each “wake-up call.” As the minutes tick by and they still have moved
slowly, in
desperation, I resort to screaming
and yelling, though I know it isn’t a good idea. I’ll be late for work again,
and I feel my blood pressure rising with every minute. Finally, my ADORABLE children walk into school,
and I head to work. I’m LATE AGAIN!!!
My husband is away. He’s
gone on a trip to the middle Taiwan with his students for 2 days. I decided not to cook dinner today. Just relax and enjoy the time with my
little ones! We carried the lanterns they made in school and walked to an Italian restaurant for dinner after Felix practiced the piano.
